Oh my gosh what a farce!!!!

Met with Andrew Penny on May 15th. He promised to paint our house trim by the end of June. We've had no shows and the silent treatment ever since. I finally called his supervisor. No return call. It is now August 13th. There has been no work done on our house so I called Andrew's supervisor again. Connected this time. The only headway I got with Phil Rapasky was his promise to try to "reach out" to Andrew and find out why he has not responded to our (week ago) request to send us the voided deposit check.

We had college pro paint our house 3 years ago and could not have been happier with the work and promptness of Max and his team. This time, what a huge inconvenience for our family reunion, all summer gatherings as furniture/pots had to be removed from the patios etc. What a flaky situation we encountered. I'm further disappointed because I had planned to follow up the painting with window washing by college pros. At this point I have neither. Now we are out of time as our home exchangers show up in two weeks.

Sometimes you just hit a lemon in life. Again, we were, over the top happy with the first experience. I recommend you nail down your dates and times. Ask for a few references from the project manager and the supervisor. Contact them. Otherwise you may find your house in a raw form going in to winter.

I've given them two days to send my voided check as my bank charges $25 to cancel. We'll see what happens. Better Business Bureau?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
