Have been trying to get an estimate since March-now June.Scheduled on line and within a day received a notice of an appointment.
Waited all day-no show. Called customer service and were informed "sorry, the "area manager" was fired-could have let us know. Received a flyer from local "area manager a month later; called four times-never returned calls. Online scheduled another estimate.
Second no show by "area manager" (Bowling Green University) without a call-great way to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon.
Guess another one quit or simply a college student who had a night out on a Friday?!If can't even be depended on to show up for estimate, guess better to find someone else.
